efficient elevators, rooftop pool, convenience store
Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade!!! A more reliable shower setup would make for a much safer experience. Please consider replacing the outdated gym equipment for a better fitness environment. Also, soundproofing would help with noise disturbances!!!

The hotel was fantastic for our family, especially with its spacious Deluxe Twin Room. We all enjoyed the amazing breakfast that had a wide range of international options. The staff was incredibly attentive, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free.
In my kids' opinion, a better snack area by the pool would be great.

We had an awesome stay with friends! The views from the VIP room were stunning, and we loved the easy access to taxis. The location couldn't be better, right near shopping and restaurants. Don't miss the luxury mall or the Bombay Grill for Indian food. Staff were super helpful with our needs too.

The VIP room was stunning, especially with the amazing city view from the 25th floor. It felt really grand and spacious. The decor was nice, and everything was super clean. Plus, having a kettle for tea and noodles was a plus. However, the room could've used better air conditioning. It was a bit stuffy at times, which was annoying.

The room service was spot on, coming in every day to keep my space clean and stocked up with fresh towels. I loved relaxing at the sauna and enjoying the outdoor pool when I needed a break. The only hiccup was a slight delay with breakfast but it was still enjoyable overall, so I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 09friendly staffcomfortable locationclean roomhard bedmaintenance issuespoor breakfast
The hotel staff welcomed me warmly, making check-in smooth. The location is ideal, close to great restaurants like Sultan and Walmart for quick grocery runs. My room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the bed felt very hard, making it tough to sleep well. There were a few maintenance issues, like a leaky shower and some worn furniture. The buffet breakfast lacked variety, especially for Western options. I also found the gym a bit cramped for my liking. Despite that, the overall hygiene and friendliness of the staff stood out, which made my stay quite cozy. I would return but would hope for improvements in the room quality and breakfast selection.

Solo traveler looking for convenience
The location was fantastic being close to trade shows and shopping malls which made my life easier. Found a great Turkish restaurant right next door that was seriously good, it’s like discovering gold in a pile of bricks.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly it was acceptable for what I got.
